In the Support Portal in myLANCOM you send your requests directly to LANCOM while online, keep a clear overview of your requests,
and follow up on them. The feature-rich user interface shows you all your communications along with the processing status, and it updates automatically every 30 seconds.
You can always see at a glance which requests are open. You don't have to repeatedly enter your personal data—this saves you time and makes it easy to communicate with us
